Ami Vora is a passionate educator, founder of the innovative Enrichment Express, a leading early learning enrichment program for preschoolers in South Mumbai and author of youngs children's books. With over two decades of experience in early childhood education, Ami blends creativity with research-based pedagogy to make learning joyful, engaging and meaningful.

Her experience includes serving as Principal of Playmore Nursery School, where she led curriculum development, teacher mentorship, and represented the school at leadership summits including the Principals’ Conclave and the IB-NCF Early Years Education Conference.

Ami has conceptualised and developed a variety of successful programs including:

The Enrichment Program
A Phonics and English Language Program for primary students
Drawing and Handwriting Modules
The Dancing Dolphins Movement Program
Dance & Drama Workshops, Summer Camps, and the Afternoon Adventure Fun Club

Ami’s creative work includes authoring the much-loved children’s book Big Problem, Dad!, developing over 600 original worksheets and earning a Silver Medal for Art from the President of India, along with accolades from Russia (USSR) and a Centrum Wealth art competition award.

Co-founded Toy Station – A unique toy & book library for 0–12-year-olds
Judged an Elocution and Dance Competitions at Brightminds Christmas Carnival (2023)

Akshat Vora is a mission-driven entrepreneur and technologist with a strong foundation in product strategy, market research, and impact-focused innovation. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Cornell University, where he also completed multiple courses at the Johnson Graduate School of Management, deepening his expertise in business and leadership. He was recently awarded a 100% scholarship to the Indian School of Business (ISB), further cementing his commitment to scaling purposeful ventures.

At Enrichment Express, Akshat brings his unique blend of technical insight and strategic thinking to early childhood education. He also spearheads brand-building efforts through a series of children's books to establish Enrichment Express as a trusted name in foundational learning.

Akshat previously served as a Senior Systems Developer at InterSystems in the U.S., leading machine learning product innovations and working with global clients and startup partners. In parallel, he has held leadership roles in global plant-based advocacy and pro bono consulting, blending technology with purpose to drive sustainable change.

His cross-sectoral experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for education make him an ideal co-founder for Enrichment Express.
